Independent Vermont needs a founding team that can gather people, produce public work, and operate a serious organization.
This is early. There is no large institution, paid staff, polished bureaucracy, or established hierarchy.
That is the opportunity. The first people involved will help decide what Independent Vermont becomes.

You may be a researcher, writer, organizer, software builder, student leader, policy thinker, event host, fundraiser, photographer, filmmaker, political strategist—or a role that does not exist yet.
Applicants do not need to fit perfectly into one category. These roles are starting points, not rigid job descriptions.
Be clear about the stage
Roles may begin as volunteer, part-time, project-based, or paid depending on the person, available resources, and the work being undertaken. Independent Vermont is not promising compensation at this stage.
